Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy

- You have to pay full fees in advance to make safari bookings 2.
- No refund or cancellation is permitted on confirmed bookings 3.
- Booking is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged with anyone. 4.
- Safari may be closed without any prior notice to visitors 5.
- In case of any revision of fees after the booking, visitors will be liable to pay the difference amount. 6.
- The visitors are required to report at the boarding place 15 min prior to the scheduled departure of the safari. 7.
- Jeep Safari Payments are non-refundable. 8.
- In case your safari is not booked due to reasons like technical error or non-availability of seat, we will refund the whole amount in your given bank account. The same would be communicated accordingly. 9.
- Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this. 10.
- In case of dispute, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi. 11.
- Any changes in Govt. taxes, hotel charges, safari charges etc will be informed by mail or phone before traveling date. The difference amount shall be paid by the guest before your tour date. 12.
- For any cancellation of Tour/Cab/Safari/Hotel Bookings etc, you have to submit your cancellation request via logging into your Dashboard [crm.junglesafariindia.in], Cancellation request received via any other medium will not be valid or acceptable. 13.

Resort / Hotel/ Package / Cabs Cancellation Policy:
If you’re planning to postpone or you wanna cancel your tour/travel because of any unavoidable reason then you have to inform us in writing on the given email-Id cancellation@junglesafariindia.in. Please remember that the cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive your mail in writing. Here is the cancellation policy that would be applied:

- Peak season bookings (Holi, Diwali, Christmas & New Year) have separate cancellation policies, which will be communicated as needed. 15.
- Please note that the tour date is not counted when processing cancellations.
